In Person
I am able to provide in person notarial services at any place deemed necessary within the greater Miami area. I am flexible and mobile and can notarize any type of document such as Acknowledgements and Jurats. Please note mobile services require an extra fee for travel.
Remote Online Notary
If it is preferred a notarization may be conducted Online through a remote service provider. Please keep in mind that a video camera is required and if witnesses are needed they must appear on video as well.

Notary Signing Agent
Being a licensed Signing Agent I can also, notarize Loan Documents and Real Estate Transaction Documents. Please keep in mind if I am your choice to be your Realtor or your Loan Originator I may not be able to notarize aforementioned documents.
Apostille Deliverance Services
Finally, I am able to offer Apostille delivery services that can include handling all the paperwork necessary for an apostille and delivering it to the appropriate Florida State authority.
